This is a picture of the 2013 Chevrolet Spark. As we all know it is a gasoline powered car and gets great mileage. However if you want a reliable car that gets even better gas mileage or doesn't use any gas, you should consider a Chevrolet. Now yes we know that Chevrolet makes many cars that have hybrid versions of them that you can buy, but Chevrolet does not have many electric vehicles. If you would like to get an electric vehicle, but do not like the Volt, a suggestion is to wait until the 2014 Spark comes out. It has the same features and amenities as the gasoline powered Spark, but it obviously doesn't use gasoline. Take a look at it when it comes out and you won't be disappointed. The Chevrolet Equinox has been named the best car in its class by J.D. Powers and Associate. It won this prestigious award due to its handling, its power matched with its fuel efficiency and its list of features. Some of the features that are included in the Chevrolet Equinox are the Chevy MyLink connectivity and infotainment system, which can leverage an owner’s smartphone to deliver hands-free control over audio and communications features like Pandora Internet Radio and Stitcher SmartRadio, blind-spot mirrors for enhanced visibility, Active Noise Cancellation (in four-cylinder models) for superior cabin quietness and ambient lighting. One more interesting piece of news is that the Chevrolet Volt, Silverado and Impala won a cost of ownership award. The cost of ownership includes not only paying a low MSRP, but also includes low costs to keep the car and use it daily. Fuel, Insurance, repairs, depreciation and other costs are associated with your vehicle. Chevrolet kept all these costs low in these three vehicles to win this award. Chevrolet believes they have a responsibility to consistently strive to reduce the environmental impact of their vehicles and manufacturing facilities. They also believe that actions speak louder than words. In 2011, Chevy made an unprecedented commitment to reduce up to 8 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions over the next few years. This project is ongoing and when it is completed the carbon-reducing benefit will be equivalent to the CO2 emissions, during 2011, from every vehicle we sold from November 18, 2010, to December 31, 2011. This project is just one aspect, though, of Chevy’s ongoing efforts to address the environmental impact of their vehicles and our facilities.
As Chevrolet vehicles are designed and built, there is a focus on investing in innovative fuel-saving technologies, employing alternative energy sources, reducing their facilities’ emissions and evaluating waste streams. Therefore, in 2012, Chevy will begin displaying a label on their vehicles, describing various attributes of the vehicle and its manufacturing facility that demonstrate Chevy’s commitment to reducing environmental impact throughout the stages of the vehicle’s life span, from manufacturing to driving to recycling. Chevy calls this initiative: “Ecologic.”
Ecologic is simply a recognition of the automaker’s systematic attention to environmental responsibility and their commitment to monitoring progress as they continuously work to reduce environmental impact. To further emphasize their commitment, the statements on Chevy Ecologic labels will be audited by an independent, third-party sustainability agency.

In celebration of its 100th birthday, Chevrolet recognized the people who have made Chevrolet the successful global brand it is today. The brand offered dealer promotions in hometowns across the United States, starred in a feature-length documentary, and invited fans to share their Chevrolet memories online.
The activities cap a year-long celebration of Chevrolet’s Centennial that kicked off in January at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit and encompassed events in Chevrolet hometowns around the world.
A global brand, Chevrolet is also celebrating its centennial around the world. For example, Chevrolet Europe is recognizing Louis Chevrolet’s Swiss birthplace of La Chaux-de-Fonds by commissioning a public artwork on the Parc de l’Ouest. In Korea, Chevrolet customers set a Guinness World Record by creating the world’s largest car logo.
Klick Lewis has some exciting news! The first shipment of the brand new model from Chevy, the 2012 Chevy Sonic, has arrived!
The 2012 Sonic is meant to be the replacement for the current Aveo as the smallest, most economical car that Chevrolet sells in North America. The Chevrolet Sonic chassis will feature electronic power steering, MacPherson strut front and torsion beam rear suspension, ABS/EBFD disc brakes and wheel sizes up to 17-inch.
Inside, the Sonic carries what Chevrolet calls a motorcycle-inspired digital instrument panel layout, with the rest of the interior recalling current GM luxury brands like Buick, similar but not matching. Standard equipment will include 10 airbags, traction control, stability control, and enhanced OnStar, with available Bluetooth, USB port, remote starting, heated seats, a sunroof, two new mobile apps, MyLink and MyChevrolet, and XM Sirius satellite radio.
An all new Chevy model is expected to hit the streets this coming fall. Chevy will roll out the brand new 2012 Chevrolet Sonic. The Sonic replaces the Aveo and will compete with the Ford Fiesta, Honda Fit and Nissan Versa. Like the Fiesta and Versa, the Sonic is available in sedan and hatchback body styles. The Sonic’s aggressive looks are a departure from the normal bubbly, cute look of many subcompacts. Chevrolet says it took design inspiration for the headlights from the motorcycle world.
Like the Chevrolet Cruze, the Sonic comes with a base 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine and an available turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder. The turbocharged engine makes 138 horsepower. Look for the Sonic arriving at Klick Lewis Cars this Fall!
The Chevy Corvette is also known as ‘The Great American Sports Car’. So to celebrate Chevrolet’s 100 years it only makes sense to make a special edition Corvette.
